There is a small dent below the number 6 on my starburst clock

The original 1950’s Starburst Clock that I based my design on has exactly the same join in the same place.

This is not a dent & the clock is not damaged. It is a join where the outer ring is joined, every single starburst clock that we make has this same join & it is always under the number 6.

If you are really not happy with this then please do return the clock for a full refund. We will arrange the collection for you & pay for the return shipping.

Please note that all of our clocks are hand made, they are not mass produced on automatic machinery.

How do I attach the wooden rays?

Place your clock face down on a cushion.
Remove the 12 teakwood Rays from the plastic envelope.
Remove the small screw driver from the plastic envelope.
One by one attach the 12 teakwood rays to the short metal spikes of the clock frame.
One by one tighten up the small black grub screws with the screw driver.
Please be careful NOT to over tighten the screws.
Once you have fitted all of the teakwood rays, lift the clock up by the metal parts do not handle the teakwood rays, only hold by the metal spikes
Hang the clock on your wall using the hanging brackets supplied with the clock.

How to care for your Clock, Wall Art or lamps

Caring for your Clocks, Wall Art and lamps is actually quite simple:

For Clocks, Wall Art and lamps use a small amount of spray glass cleaner, use a dry cloth and wipe clean.

For all Starburst Clocks always hold them by the metal frame to avoid damaging the teak wood rays.

It’s as easy as that to keep your products looking fabulous!
