All of our products are hand made as soon as we receive your order. Our Royalexe clocks, Lamps and Wall Art typically ship within one week, while our larger Royalexe Starburst clocks may require up to 2 weeks, though we can often deliver faster. We use a good quality quartz movement with a silent sweeping second hand.

Yes our clock movements are covered by a 2 year warranty. Should your clock movement stop working during this time we will send you a brand new movement free of charge.
